Copies of the original minutes were available when the topic was <br /> being discussed. Decision was tabled until next meeting, so that Michael Navin can <br /> review the Comprehensive Plan regarding the trail system and other issues. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> A. Cotton wood Court Easement Update: Nothing noted. <br /> B. Eagle Pass Tree Update: Michael Navin and Jim March looked at the trees. <br /> Discussion was held on transplanting the trees to Tracie McBride Park and Acorn <br /> Creek Park until LaMotte Park is ready for planting. <br /> C. Bike Helmets: The committee discussed and elected to drop the issue. <br /> D. LaMotte Park Grading Cost and Alternative Options: The City Council had a <br /> discussion regarding the bid process and final decision on Forest Lake Contractors. <br /> Another discussion was held with Pat Mahr of Centennial Little League, on recycling <br /> the backstops and bleachers. Chairperson Michael Navin asked Pat to attend the <br /> upcoming construction meeting, to discuss timing of recycling. Pat also had some <br /> questions regarding ag -lime for base lines. He also inquired about a letter of <br /> agreement with the city on the use of fields. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A.
