A swimming pool shall not be <br /> located, designed, cff,Jcated or maintained so as to unduly <br /> interfere with the property rights of others. It shall be <br /> unlawful for any per: to make, continue or cause to be made or <br /> continued at any swimmi•' pool, any loud or unusual noise, or any <br /> noise which annoys, tl turbs, injures or endangers the comfort, <br /> repose, peace or safety of others. The use, or permitting the <br /> u5p of, or the ope::t °=stien of a radio receiving sets, musical <br /> instruments, phonograj_`+ or other machines or devices for the <br /> production or reproduction of sound in such manner or volume as <br /> to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of the public shall be <br /> unlawful. <br /> Subd. 2 Filling of S? tinq Pools. Filling of swimming pools <br /> directly from fire rr {drants, or other similar municipal water <br /> outlets, shall require appropriate city permit. <br /> 1325.06 Variance.
