MEMO <br /> DATE : July 9, 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Animal Ordinance <br /> The Animal Ordinance was discussed at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on <br /> July 6, 1999. The Planning and Zoning Commission agree with City Attorney Jim Hoeft's <br /> recommendation to start from scratch with a new ordinance. The Planning Commission <br /> has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, July 13, 1999 to interview candidates for the <br /> vacancies on the P +Z and to also bring their ideas for what should be included in the new <br /> Animal Ordinance. I will bring the information from the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission to be shared at the Council meeting. <br /> L <br />
