Parkview Pay Estimate #4 <br /> Motion by Councilmember Sweeney, seconded by Councilmember Travis to pay 513,794.19 for a <br /> change order to the Parkview Addition project. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VI. SET AGENDA <br /> • Baron - Notice of Repair <br /> • Vacancy - Council/Planning and Zoning/Park and Recreation <br /> • Lakeland Circle Parking Sign <br /> • New Police Department Budget <br /> • Radar Detector Donation <br /> • June - Special Meeting Additions <br /> Motion by Councilmember Sweeney, seconded by Councilmember Nelson to set the agenda as <br /> noted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> —. <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Water Interconnect <br /> Mr. Peterson gave a brief report on the water interconnect. Mr. Peterson referred to a three sheet plan <br /> that depicted a 700' - 8" PVC watermain. Currently, the Engineer is advertising for bids with an expected <br /> opening of July 21, 1999. The bids will include an alternate work plan to loop the watermain from Prairie <br /> to Peltier Lake Drive on Mill Road. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Sweeney, seconded by Councilmember Travis to proceed with the <br /> interconnect bid solicitation. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Baron - Notice of Repair - 7121 Centerville Road <br /> Mayor Wilharber read aloud a letter executed by the Baron family that requested a two week extension <br /> on a City issued Notice of Repair to bring substandard buildings in compliance. Mayor Wilharber <br /> explained that authorizing the extension may be more beneficial to the City then to deny. Mayor <br /> Wilharber further reasoned that the goal is to ensure that the property does become compliant with the <br /> least amount of time and effort expended by Council and staff to do so. Based on the above - mentioned, <br /> the following action was taken. <br /> Motion by Mayor Wilharber, seconded by Councilmember Travis to grant the two week extension <br /> to the Baron family at 7121 Centerville Road. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Street Parking Lakeland Circle <br /> Motion by Councilmember Travis, seconded by Councilmember Sweeney to withdraw previous <br /> motion concerning parking_ on Lakeland Circle. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Travis, seconded Councilmember Sweeney to eliminate parking <br /> Monday through Thursday from 5 PM - 9 PM for the months of April through July on both sides <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
