Section 3. Growing Grass, both follow for your convenience. The specific nuisance pertains to an accumulation of trash or debris of any nature or description (logs, branches, mounds of weeds). The City requests compliance of Ordinance #6 within 10 days. "After the person owning the property in question has been notified of such a nuisance, you are hereby requested to comply with the ordinance. Ordinance #6 (Nuisance) requires that a nuisance must be abated as mentioned here within the enclosed ordinance; Section 3. Failure to comply with the ordinance request is a violation of the provisions of this ordinance and the property owner shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof may be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.00 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 90 days. "Weeds or grasses growing to a height greater than eight inches upon any lot or parcel within the City, or which have gone or about to go to seed, may be declared by the weed inspector, or his assistants, to be a public nuisance ...
