Section 3. <br /> Growing Grass, both follow for your convenience. <br /> The specific nuisance pertains to an accumulation of trash or debris of any nature or description <br /> (logs, branches, mounds of weeds). The City requests compliance of Ordinance #6 within 10 <br /> days. <br /> "After the person owning the property in question has been notified of such a nuisance, <br /> you are hereby requested to comply with the ordinance. Ordinance #6 (Nuisance) requires <br /> that a nuisance must be abated as mentioned here within the enclosed ordinance; Section <br /> 3. Failure to comply with the ordinance request is a violation of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance and the property owner shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br /> thereof may be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.00 or by imprisonment in the <br /> County Jail for not more than 90 days. <br /> "Weeds or grasses growing to a height greater than eight inches upon any lot or parcel <br /> within the City, or which have gone or about to go to seed, may be declared by the weed <br /> inspector, or his assistants, to be a public nuisance ... " <br /> Please make the necessary adjustments to correct the problems stated and as discussed on June <br /> 25, 1999. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
