This is in violation of Ordinance #54. Section 3. Growing Grass. <br /> "Weeds or grasses growing to a height greater than eight inches upon any lot or parcel <br /> within the City, or which have gone or about to go to seed, may be declared by the weed <br /> inspector, or his assistants, to be a public nuisance..." <br /> Enclosed please find a complete copy of ordinance #54 for your convenience. Your prompt <br /> compliance is appreciated. There are weeds that remain after the parcel was mowed that is over <br /> the allowable eight inches.
