MEMO <br /> DATE : June 4 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Water Interconnect <br /> ********************************* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** <br /> I had a conversation with Mr. Peterson in regards to the importance of progressing with the water <br /> interconnect with the City of Lino Lakes. Mr. Peterson indicated that he was still waiting to hear <br /> from Terminal Transport on the easement issue. I asked if construction could occur without <br /> having to enter onto the Terminal Transport property. Mr. Peterson said it probably could. <br /> I asked Mr. Peterson if he could draft the plans and specifications to indicate that construction <br /> needed to occur only in the street right -of -way. Mr. Peterson said that we could proceed in this <br /> matter. I asked Mr. Peterson to send a memo asking Council to authorize plans and <br /> specifications for the water interconnect. There should be a memo in this section of the packet <br /> from Mr. Peterson outlining further action necessary to proceed with this project. <br />
