<br /> There were a total of 3 bids. All bids were reviewed and found to be in order.

<br /> main. The Engineer's Estimate for each is $70,000 and $40,000, respectively. The low bidder for the
<br /> Water Interconnect was W. B. Miller Inc. with a Base Bid of $57,894.50.
<br /> Since costs for the Mill Road work came in high, we recommend that only the Base Bid be awarded to
<br /> W.B. Miller for $57,894.50.
