Ms. Essex does not <br /> believe that the Council fully understood her complaint against Waste Management and would <br /> like to appear before Council. <br /> Katie Bowman (7130 Shad Avenue) wants to issue a complaint in regards to the lack of drainage <br /> in the swale behind her home. I have asked Paul Palzer to have public works shoot the elevations <br /> in the existing swale to determine if there is positive slope in the swale. <br />
