Memorandum <br /> DATE : December 17, 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Downtown Feasibility Report — Water Extension/Streetscape <br /> Enclosed in your packet is information received from the City Engineer in regards to the <br /> feasibility of extending water and enhancing the streetscape along Centerville Road in the <br /> downtown area. I have spoke to a number of property owners in the downtown area and <br /> there seems to be some support for this concept. If the Council wishes to further pursue <br /> this idea, a public hearing should be scheduled for the future. <br />
