December , 1999 <br /> To <br /> Dear <br /> The City of Centerville has formed a 2000 Fete des Lacs Committee that has accepted the <br /> responsibility for planning the City of Centerville community celebration for next year. <br /> This committee is well underway with planning the largest City celebration that this <br /> community has experienced for several years. Residents that wished to see the <br /> community celebration grow into a full three -day event packed extravaganza formed this <br /> committee. <br /> The planned events for next year include a large parade, carnival, fireworks. road race, <br /> softball /volleyball and soccer tournaments, senior royalty coronation, and teen and adult <br /> street dances. Any proceeds that are generated from the celebration will be reinvested in <br /> the community to fund future celebrations and municipal park projects. <br /> The following levels of sponsorship have been selected to solicit funding for the <br /> celebration and appropriately recognize corporate sponsors that have helped make the <br /> 2000 Fete des Lacs a success.
