December , 1999 To Dear The City of Centerville has formed a 2000 Fete des Lacs Committee that has accepted the responsibility for planning the City of Centerville community celebration for next year. This committee is well underway with planning the largest City celebration that this community has experienced for several years. Residents that wished to see the community celebration grow into a full three -day event packed extravaganza formed this committee. The planned events for next year include a large parade, carnival, fireworks. road race, softball /volleyball and soccer tournaments, senior royalty coronation, and teen and adult street dances. Any proceeds that are generated from the celebration will be reinvested in the community to fund future celebrations and municipal park projects. The following levels of sponsorship have been selected to solicit funding for the celebration and appropriately recognize corporate sponsors that have helped make the 2000 Fete des Lacs a success.
