The acquisition is subject to <br /> and must be made in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property <br /> Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, under which you have a right to an appraisal as provided in <br /> Minnesota Statutes, of the property or interest therein to be acquired, and to an offer of <br /> compensation therefore of the appraised value. <br /> The undersigned, being the owner of the real property hereinafter described, hereby <br /> acknowledges pursuant to the Regulations and Procedures for Implementation of the Uniform <br /> Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 that: <br /> 1. The real property or interest therein being acquired by the Metropolitan Council is <br /> described as follows: <br /> (See Attached Exhibit A) <br /> 2. No separately held interest in the real property is being acquired in whole or part. <br /> 3.
