As such, these individuals are entitled to all rights and remedies provided to tenants by law. Minn. Stat. §566.18, subd. 2 (sums. 1993). 32. SMOKING IN COMMON AREAS Minnesota's Clean Indoor Air Act was amended so that smoking is now prohibited in all common areas within apartment buildings. Minn. Stat. §144.413, subd. 2 (supp. 1994). 33.
