Room Fees <br /> Group 1 Organizations No fees <br /> Group 2 Organizations A voluntary donation of $10 per meeting is <br /> requested <br /> Group 3 Organizations $25 per hour with a two hour minimum <br /> G. Key Fee <br /> For Group 2 and 3 Organizations a $20.00 key fee is required. This fee will be refunded after the <br /> key is returned to the City. <br /> All fees are used to recover direct cost, such as custodial, maintenance and utilities. An additional <br /> charge may be made for damaged equipment. Fees are to be paid at time of reservation. <br /> Fees will be refunded only if booking is cancelled twenty four hours in advance of scheduled use. <br />
