CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the October 27, 1999 City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING (S) NONE <br /> III. APPEARANCES /AWARDS - NONE <br /> IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> October 13. 1999 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council member Travis to <br /> approve the October 13, 1999 Council meeting minutes with corrections. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> V. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> The City of Centerville October 14, through October 27, 1999 <br /> Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Travis to approve the <br /> expenditures for the City from October 14, 1999 through October 27, 1999.
