Mr. March has spoke to the DNR in reference <br /> to the vendor change. The DNR reported there is no problem with the change, provided <br /> the City stay with in the grant budget, and they maintain a similar layout to the one <br /> submitted. Mr. March indicated the City has 30 days in which to enter into the grant <br /> agreement, and hopes to see the playground installed in late October. Mr. March stated <br /> that the City has until the year 2001 to spend the funds, and added that the cash match will <br /> come from Park Dedication Fees as well as MS Funds. <br /> Mayor Wilharber suggested that since the park will be installed primarily by volunteers, <br /> the committees should generate some excitement and get the word out as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Nelson to <br /> approve the Outdoor Recreation Grant as stated, as well as the design for Acorn <br /> Creek Park.
