Mr. Palzer indicated that currently the property is zoned as "Park <br /> Land ", and proposed City Council physically look at the property before granting the <br /> request. Mayor Wilharber suggested sending the request to the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee for their recommendation. <br /> Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Broussard <br /> Vickers to send the Brian Drive trail purchase request to the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee for their recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> Center Villa Assignment of Developers Agreement <br /> Jeff Bock of Land Holdings Group has submitted a request dealing with the purchase of <br /> the proposed Center Villa subdivision currently owned by Mr. Lessard. Land Holdings <br /> Group requests the Developers Agreement be approved based on the sale of the property, <br /> as well as Council approval of issuing building permits on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 as well <br /> as Lots 1 and 20, Block 2. Currently the Developer's Agreement states that only one lot <br /> can be built upon until the base course of asphalt is installed in the subdivision. Fire Chief <br /> Bennett commented that fire code access road needs to be within 150 feet of the building <br /> being constructed. Chief Bennett felt the proposal was appropriate. The developer would <br /> like to begin the streets and utilities as soon as possible. <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Travis to <br /> approve the developers request for issuance of building permits on Lots 1 and 2, <br /> Block 1 and Lots 1 and 20, Block 2. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Travis that, <br /> upon closing, the Developers Agreement would be modified to state the buyer as <br /> Land Holdings Group, the number of permits would be reinstated from one to four <br /> and the signature line and mailing address would reflect Land Holding Group. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Dennis Kroll - Building Plans <br /> -Dennis Kroll of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates Inc. presented the Council <br /> with a site plan idea drawn up based on the needs and recommendations presented to him <br /> by City Administrator Jim March, Public Works Director Paul Palzer, and City Engineer <br /> Tom Peterson.
