Any disputes or controversies arising out of the interpretation of the provisions of this <br /> Contract shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with provisions of Paragraph 29 <br /> of this Contract. However, if the CITY determines a irrevocable breach of Contract, this <br /> Contract will be considered void and CONTRACTOR will be given 30 days notice of <br /> service termination. <br /> 33. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. <br /> CONTRACTOR is declared to be an independent contractor, and nothing in this Contract <br /> shall be construed to create the relationship of employee between the CITY and <br /> CONTRACTOR or its agents, or make CONTRACTOR, its agents, or employees, <br /> subject to CITY Personnel Policies. <br /> 34. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. <br /> This Contract, with Appendix A, B, C, D, incorporated herein by reference, is the entire <br /> agreement between the parties.
