September 13, 1999 <br /> Jim March, City Administrator <br /> City of Centerville <br /> 1880 Main St. <br /> Centerville, MN 55038 <br /> Dear Jim: <br /> As per our phone conversation on Sept. 13, 1999, I am writing to you to express my <br /> interest in the property located at 1694 Sorel St., the current public works site. I am <br /> especially interested in having an appraisal completed on this property to determine the <br /> value of the property. <br /> I have contacted a local Realtor and found some properties that compare. I have enclosed <br /> some properties that I feel are similar to this site. I feel I have an idea of what the value <br /> of the property is and am very interested in pursuing it. This site has some real potential <br /> for future development. I am, at this point, only asking for the City of Centerville to <br /> perform or have performed an appraisal for the knowledge of everyone involved. I feel it <br /> would be in the cities best interest to have an appraisal on file due to the real possibility <br /> of the future expansion of the City Hall/ Public works facility. <br /> Jim, due to the sensitive nature of this issue, I would appreciate your discretion when <br /> discussing this with other members of the community. It is my intention, at this point, to <br /> see an appraisal of the property, only After reviewing an appraisal with my real estate <br /> consultant we will contact you and let you know what our next step will be.
