Engineering Rate Increase <br /> Mr. March reviewed the 2000 General Engineering Rates from Bonestroo, Rosene, <br /> Anderlik & Associates. <br /> Motion by Council member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council member <br /> Travis, to accept the proposed the 2000 General Engineering Rates from Bonestroo, <br /> Rosene, Anderlik & Associates. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Animal License Fees <br /> Mr. March reviewed the Animal License Fees. <br /> The following fees were set: <br /> Cat/Dog/Ferret $15.00 <br /> Spayed or Neutered Cat/Dog/Ferret $7.50 <br /> Release Fee payable to the City: <br /> $25.00 — 1 s Offense <br /> $50.00 — 2 " Offense <br /> $75.00 — 3' Offense <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Broussard <br /> Vickers to adopt the Animal Licenses and Release Fees. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Payment Drop Off Box <br /> Mr. March presented information on the potential purchase of a new drop box. <br /> Council requested that staff investigate other payment drop off box options and prices. <br /> Purchase of Microsoft Office Suite <br /> Mr. March reviewed City Clerk Ward's memo regarding Internet access, web site <br /> maintenance, records retention, and purchase of scanner, OCR software and Microsoft <br /> Office. <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Travis accepting <br /> the recommendation for internet access and email, purchase of scanner, OCR and <br /> Microsoft Office software. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Siren Maintenance Contract <br /> Mr. March reviewed the siren maintenance contract from Embedded Systems, Inc. <br /> Motion by Council member Nelson, seconded by Council member Travis adopting <br /> Resolution No. 99 -23, Approval Of Agreement Between The City Of Centerville And <br /> Embedded Systems, Inc. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
