At this time the City Council needs to adopt fees in relation to this <br /> ordinance. <br /> The fees that need to be adopted are as follows : cost for registration certificate (1 unit), <br /> cost per additional units and penalties for non - compliance. Included in your packet is a <br /> copy of a 1997 survey for rental inspection fees. <br />
