In the three months I have lived here, I have <br /> read how pour the service from Waste Management has been. Now I can say that I have <br /> experienced problems with your company as well. In hopes of expediting a solution to <br /> this problem, I am also sending a copy of this letter and attachments to the City of <br /> Centerville, and to Waste Management - Blaine - Circle Pines, Minnesota address on my <br /> invoice. There are two problems with the attached invoice. <br /> Problem number one involves not acknowledging the payment I made in June for <br /> garbage service. I have attached a copy of my canceled check and invoice statement from <br /> that service period. <br /> Problem number two involves billing me $27.87 for a 90 gallon abatement when I only <br /> have a 30 gallon curbside can. On receipt of the original invoice in June, I contacted the <br /> City of Centerville who agreed that I should be charged for a 30 gallon abatement, I <br /> then contacted your local office and obtained the price of $16.02 for 30 gallon <br /> abatement(I believe the individual I spoke with Ron Geersdorf).
