Motion by Council member Sweeney, seconded by Council member Travis to accept <br /> resignation by Robert Westerlund as stated. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Eibensteiner Building <br /> Keith Eibensteiner ave a presentation on the proposed building his company will be <br /> g P P p g p Y <br /> constructing in the Industrial Park. Mr. March indicated that the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission approved the building, and has asked Mr. Eibensteiner to present plans to <br /> Council as well as apply for a Special Use Permit. Mr. Eibensteiner detailed the <br /> contrasting architectural features. <br /> Motion made by Council member Vickers, seconded by Council member Travis, to <br /> approve construction of the Eibensteiner building noting the contrasting <br /> architectural features as presented. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Mayor Wilharber indicated the Police Substation Open House will be held on Tuesday, <br /> Sept 28, the Fete Des Lacs Revitalization Committee will meet with the Centerville Lions <br /> on Thursday at 7:00 at Chauncey Barrett Gardens, Acorn Creek is looking for installation <br /> volunteers for October 23. <br /> Mr. March indicated that Patricia Scott was not happy with the final version of the <br /> September Newsletter.
