Memorandum <br /> To: Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> From: Diane Ward, City Clerk <br /> Date: 11/15/99 <br /> Subject: Hearing on Delinquent Sewer and Water Bills <br /> At the November 10 meeting, Council called for a hearing on the proposed special assessment of <br /> delinquent sewer and water bills. Affected residents were notified of the delinquency and had until <br /> November 12, 1999 to pay the delinquent bills. <br /> Council should conduct the public hearing and if Council wishes to have these delinquent <br /> charges certified to the County they should pass a motion adopting Resolution No. 99 -20, adopting the <br /> special assessments. <br />
