the parties are not signatory to the original or the same counterpart. <br /> • SECTION XV <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> 15.1 Modification. This agreement sets forth all understandings between the parties <br /> respecting terms and conditions of the District and the Department. All prior <br /> agreements, understandings, representations whether consistent or inconsistent, <br /> verbal or written, concerning this agreement, are merged into and superseded by <br /> this written agreement. No modification or amendment of this agreement shall be <br /> binding on any city unless each city agrees in writing to the proposed change or <br /> amendment. <br /> 15.2 Submittal. Any city wishing to submit an amendment to the agreement shall do so <br /> by submitting a written proposal to the Police Commission at a regularly <br /> scheduled or special meeting. The Police Commission shall forward the proposed <br /> amendment, with a recommendation to each member city, within 90 days of <br /> receipt of the proposed amendment. <br /> 15.3 Response to Proposed Amendment. Each recipient city shall respond to proposed <br /> amendment within 60 days of receipt from the Police Commission. If no response <br /> is received, the amendment is deemed to be rejected. <br /> 15.4 No Mutual agreement Should the cities not mutually agree to amend this <br /> agreement that decision shall not proceed to dispute resolution as out lined in <br /> section 10. <br /> 13 <br />
