November 3, 1998 - December, 1998 <br /> Publicize Request for Proposal. Publish twice in Chisago County Press, Forest Lake Times, <br /> Forest Lake Press, St. Paul Pioneer Press, Minneapolis Star and Tribune. Mail or fax to Chisago <br /> County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, local chambers of commerce, local and regional <br /> developers, business brokers, financial institutions, real estate agents, and other identified <br /> contacts. <br /> 3. January 4, 1999. <br /> Proposals are due. During January, the proposals will be reviewed by members of the committee <br /> and the committee will meet to make a recommendation. Proposals will also be reviewed by Dan <br /> Wiles, ofFWW Financial, Ltd. and summarized to assist the committee with financial <br /> considerations. The committee may or may not decide to interview or request additional <br /> information of any prospective purchasers. <br /> 4.
