oi c � <br /> SECTION 10.03. UNLAWFUL USE AND FURNISHING OF TOBACCO. <br /> Subd. 1. It is unlawful for any person. under the <br /> age of eighteer, years, to use tobacco in any form. <br /> Subd. 2. It is unlawful for any person to furnish <br /> tobacco. by any manner or means and in any form, to any <br /> person under the age of eighteen years. <br /> SECTION 10.04. DANGEROUS WEAPONS AND ARTICLES, <br /> Subd, 1. Acts Prohibited. It is unlawful for any <br /> person to: <br /> A. Recklessly handle or use a gun or other <br /> dangerous weapon or explosive so as to endanger the safety of <br /> another; or, <br /> B. intentionally point s gun of any kind, <br /> capable of inuring or killing a humen being and whether <br /> loaded or unloaded, et or toward another; or, <br /> C. Manufacture or sell for any, unlawful <br /> purpose any weapon known as a slung -shot or sand c1ubj or. <br /> D- Manufacture, transfer or possess metal <br /> knuckles or a switch blade knife opening automatically; or, <br /> E. Possess any weapons commonly used in <br /> martial arts including, but not limited to, "throwing stars <br /> anunchakae and similar devices. Provided, however, that a <br /> person engaged in martial arts may transport such devices <br /> between his /her residence and place of instruction or <br /> demonstration; Or, <br /> F. Possess any other dangerous article or <br /> substance for the purpose of being used unlawfully as a <br /> weapon against another; or, <br /> G. Sell at have in his possession any device <br /> designed to silence or muffle the discharge of a firearm; or, <br /> H. Permit, as a parent or guardian, any child <br /> under fourteen years of age to handle or use, outside of the <br /> parent's or guardian's prieence, a firearm or air gun of any <br /> kir.C, or any ammunition or explosive; or, <br /> 1.
