Austin City Code Section 10.02 is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> DOG, CAT AND VIETNAMES POTBELLIED PIGS <br /> It is unlawful for any person who owns, harbors or has <br /> custody of a dog, cat, or vietnamese potbellied pig to <br /> cause or permit such animal to defecate on any public <br /> property or, without the consent of the owner, on any <br /> private property unless such person immediately removes <br /> the excrement and properly disposes of it. <br /> Section 2. Austin City Code Section 10.10, Subd. 1, E is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> E. "Animal" means a dog, cat or vietnamese potbellied pig. <br /> Section 10.10 is further amended by adding the following <br /> subsection G: <br /> G. "Vietnamese potbellied pig" means both a male or female <br /> Vietnamese potbellied pig. <br /> Section 3. Austin City Code Section 10.11, Subd. 1, A and B <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> A. "Farm Animals" means cattle, horses, mules, sheep, <br /> goats, swine (excluding Vietnamese potbellied pigs), <br /> ponies, ducks, geese, turkeys, chickens and guinea <br /> hens. <br /> B. "Animals" includes farm animals and all other animals, <br /> reptiles, honey bees, and feathered birds or fowl <br /> except dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, caged household <br /> birds, and Vietnamese potbellied pigs. <br /> Section 4. Austin City Code Chapter 1 entitled "GENERAL <br /> PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE ENTIRE CITY CODE <br /> INCLUDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION" and Section 10.99 entitled <br />
