Eagan City Cade Chapter Ten is <br /> hereby amended by changing Section 10.11, <br /> subd. 14, to read u follows: <br /> Suhd. 14. Babies Control. <br /> A. Inoculation. Every owner of a dog or cat <br /> over six months of age must have a cer- <br /> tificate of a veterinarian duly licensed to <br /> ' practice veterinary medicine within the <br /> Stale d Minnesota welch certificate shall <br /> state that the dog or cat has a current <br /> Maculation against rabies. <br /> • B. Animal Bites.
