Rezone request (R&Rteasing) (DeerPass( Continued <br /> Ms. Gaustad updated the Commission on the proposed PUD - rezone for the Deer Pass <br /> development The developerMr: Gerald Rehbein approached the Commission and <br /> requested town homes, however, the Commission was not in favor of the high density nor <br /> rezoning the R5 (Executive Homes) to R2A. Mr. Rehbein complied wittrthe <br /> Commission's desire to complete the PUD requirements by addressing the City PUD <br /> forms and questionnaire: Mr. Rehbein (Developer) explained the propertyis <br /> examination from the DNR and Watershed District. There will be four wetlands mitigated <br /> to provide room for homes and road: The Commission confirmed no waterwill <br /> be directed onto another property. Ms. Gaustad noted a concern with the road width and <br /> one parcel sharing two driveways(accesses). The Commission opened the discussion. <br />
