The commission opened <br /> the discussipn. <br /> Ms. Essex commented the City needs increase the commercial tax base irrorder to <br /> lower taxes and she suggested the property should remain commercial. <br /> Ms. Carla Rudd (2071 Willow Circler said she would rather look at townhonres than <br /> commercial buildings. <br />
