MEMO <br /> DATE : December 8, 2000 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM: Jim March <br /> RE : Hasaik Variance <br /> The City has been informed that the Hasaik's will not be picking up their building permit <br /> at this time. As you may recall, the City granted a variance to the Hasaiks for completing <br /> work on the inside of their pole barn. This variance was granted under the condition that <br /> they pick up their building permit. City Attorney Hoeft recommended that this item be <br /> placed back on the agenda for additional discussion. If the Hasaiks do not pick up their <br /> building permit, the City may have to proceed with the deeming the building a hazardous <br /> structure. <br />
