They would <br /> like to address the Council about the condition of their property. They were sent a letter <br /> by the City that stated their property is in violation of City ordinance. As you may recall, <br /> the City received a petition from adjacent property owners that requested that the <br /> property be cited for violation of City ordinance. <br /> They have not cleaned up their property yet, but they have begun building a fence around <br /> their backyard. <br />
