I have the following recommendation. The proposed Office / Retail Center will create more runoff due to the additional impervious surfaces- ie. Parking lot and building roof. It Is recommended that the east half of the site drain east towards Shad Avenue This runoff can be collected In a storm sewer catch basin at Shad and Main, flow east in the ditch, then flow south under the highway to an existing pond at the southeast corner of Main Street and the Fire Station driveway. The water will be treated here, before continueing south to Clearwater Creek, k� I The west half of the site will receive adequate treatment on -site in the existing highway ditch and the grassy area around the beehive catch basin at the north property line.
