The Clerk shall publish notice that this Council will meet to consider the <br /> proposed assessments on September 13, 2000, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council <br /> Chambers of said City of Centerville, Minnesota. The published notice <br /> shall be in substantially the form set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />
