MEMO <br /> Date: September 8, 2000 <br /> To: Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> From: Jill Lien <br /> Re: Holiday Party <br /> I have contacted several restaurants for the Holiday Party dinner for Council <br /> and Staff. Most have already been reserved, but I have found two (2) that <br /> have openings for December 9th and 16 Included are copies of the menus, <br /> from the Shorewood Restaurant, which is located in Fridley on Highway 65 <br /> near Interstate 694, and from Majestic Oaks, which is located on Bunker <br /> Lake Boulevard in Ham Lake. If Council selects the Shorewood Restaurant, <br /> we are able to choose three (3) entree choices from the Banquet Menu <br /> (included). if Council selects Majestic Oaks, we are able to choose from 3 - <br /> 4 items from the Oaks Restaurant Menu, or we could select one item from <br /> the catering menu (not included), which carries a price range of $15.95 - <br /> $18.95. We would be in the Terrace Room which seats up to 50 people. I <br /> have already put a tentative hold on Majestic Oaks for December 9 due to <br /> the fact that these weekends are being booked fast, and we have already lost <br /> December 2 I will need to confirm or decline on Thursday after your <br /> selections of the restaurant and date are made. We are also requesting <br /> staff's meals and all appetizers be paid for by the City. <br /> Thank you for your consideration! <br />
