The YMCA of Greater Saint Paul & The City of Lino Lakes <br /> Draft Development Agreement Highlights <br /> 1. City of Lino Lakes Capital Fund raising commitment of $2,000,000. <br /> • $1,500,000 in Cash <br /> • $500,000 in Land & Infrastructure <br /> • Payment & Land transfer to be made once construction begins <br /> 2. YMCA of Greater Saint Paul's commitment to build and operate a YMCA facility of <br /> approximately 40,000 square feet that includes: <br /> • Swimming Pools <br /> • Gymnasium <br /> • Teen Center <br /> • Child Watch <br /> • Kid's Gym <br /> • Aerobic Studio <br /> • Strength & Cardio Equipment Room <br /> • Walking/Running Track <br /> • Male, Female and Family Lockerooms <br /> • Lobby <br /> • Offices <br /> 3. Length of Agreement will be Fifteen Years. <br /> 4. The YMCA will build and operate a free drop -in Teen Center for the length of the <br /> agreement. <br /> 5. The YMCA will rcducc joining fees by 25% for City of Lino Lakes residents for the <br /> length of the agreement. <br /> 6. The YMCA will reduce monthly membership rates by 10% for use of this new Chain <br /> of Lakes YMCA for City of Lino Lakes residents for the length of the agreement. <br /> 7. The YMCA will provide 4 Community Nights each year free to City of Lino Lakes <br /> residents for the length of the agreement. <br />
