The following signs are permitted in the Commercial and Industrial <br /> Districts: <br /> 1. Wall Signs: Wall signs are permitted on each <br /> public street exposure or public parking exposure <br /> provided said signage does not exceed ten <br /> percent (10%) of said wall area; and <br /> 2. Free Standing Signs:, One (1) free standing <br /> sign per street frontage provided, however, said <br /> sign does not exceed eighty (80) square feet in <br /> area and twenty (20) feet in height; and <br /> 3. Area Identification: Signs: One (1) area <br /> identification sign is permitted per street frontage <br /> per commercial or industrial development <br /> provided, however, said sign does not exceed <br /> sixty-four (64) square feet in area and twenty <br /> (20) feet in height, and is not placed within ten <br /> (10) feet of any street right -of -way. <br /> Division 115: Height <br /> Section 115 -010: Dwellings. No dwelling or other building may be erected to a height <br /> exceeding thirty-five (35) feet without the issuance of a Special Use Permit. <br /> Section 115 -020: Excess Height on a Permit. Upon the securing of a Special Use <br /> Permit any building may be erected to a height exceeding that specified for the <br /> respective district providing: <br /> A. The front, rear and side yards shall be increased one (1) foot for each <br /> one (1) foot by which the building exceeds the height limit established <br /> for such district; and <br /> B.
