The building is a non - conforming <br /> structure and as such may not be expanded or its use extended or intensified per Ordinance #4, <br /> subdivision 30. <br /> This letter serves notice that the interior electrical, insulation drywall, heating, plumbing and <br /> the exterior framing which was started without a building permit must be removed by 30 <br /> November 2000 - <br /> You have 30 days to appeal this order in writing to the City subject to the requirements in <br /> Ordinance #4.
