A V e / V it e 1880 Main Street • Centerville, MN 55038 <br /> £SYQbhis 1857 (651) 429 -3232 •.Tax (651) 429 -8629 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION 00 - 23 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS (PARKVIEW <br /> ADDITION) <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville authorized the Parkview <br /> Addition Improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, property/development petitioned for the stated improvement be financed in <br /> accordance with Minnesota Statue 429; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville gave proper notification of such; and <br /> WHEREAS, $615,000 was assessed to benefited properties based upon square foot; and <br /> WHEREAS, Burnett Title paid to the City $11,524.72 on July 9, 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division has acknowledged and certified <br /> $1,846.47 for the 2000 tax year; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has directed the Clerk/Treasurer to make a request of Anoka <br /> County to abate Parkview Addition assessment improvements from the property legally <br /> known as R23- 31 -22 -31 -0064 for the years 2000 through 2008; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on October 11, 2000 the Centerville <br /> City Council authorized Anoka County to abate Parkview Addition Assessment <br /> Improvements from property legally known as R23- 31 -22 -3I -0064. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 11 day of <br /> October, 2000. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jim March, City Administrator <br />
