The variance is to allow a sign to <br /> be placed on the property exceeding signage requirements contained in Ordinance #4 <br /> regulating size, height and containing a time and temperature display. Said sign will <br /> consist of a two (2) pillar structure, double faced, four (4) feet by six (6) feet or a three <br /> (3) pillar structure, single faced, four (4) feet by six (6) feet. Specific design of signage is <br /> dependent upon required placement. The said hearing will take place on Tuesday, <br /> November 14, 2000 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council <br /> Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. <br /> City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br /> interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., November I, 2000. All persons interested <br /> are invited to attend and to be heard orally or in writing.
