The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. or <br /> shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to hear all parties present regarding the <br /> possibility of approving a preliminary plat for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the <br /> area legally described as follows: <br /> Parcel Identification Number R23- 31 -22 -34 -0001 and <br /> Parcel Identification Number R23 -31 -22-43 -0001 <br /> Southeast Quarter (SE t/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/), and the North Half <br /> (N %) of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 'V4), all in <br /> Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the South <br /> 528.64 feet of the North 578.64 feet of the West 445 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br /> (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), Section 23, Township 31 North, Range <br /> 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to County State Aid Highway #21 <br /> and any easements of records. <br /> The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br /> language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. November 10, 2000. All persons <br /> interested are invited to attend and to be heard, orally or in writing.
