MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: February 4, 2000 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM: Jill Lien <br /> RE: Snowmobile — Public Hearing <br /> Included in your packet are several letters of concern and/or complaints regarding <br /> snowmobilers within the City. I anticipate, as I'm sure you do also, that there will be <br /> many more concerned residents at the Public Hearing stating issues from both sides. <br /> Also included are copies of the snowmobile ordinances from the cities of Hugo and Lino <br /> Lakes for your reference. Additional information will be provided at the council meeting <br /> (i.e., we are in the process of obtaining the number of municipalities, within the seven <br /> county metro area, that have banned snowmobiles; the League's sample ordinance; etc.). <br />
