We recognize the effort, and appreciate the approval process that was <br /> necessary to achieve such consensus. <br /> We, therefore, would like to honor the three city councils, city administration, city <br /> attorneys and task force members, for their role in this endeavor. Please accept our <br /> invitation to celebrate on Thursday, February 10, 2000, at 6:00 P.M., in the Circle Pines <br /> City Hall. <br /> Refreshments will consist of cake and coffee.
