VII. EARLY TERMINATION <br /> This Contract may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days <br /> written notice, delivered by certified mail or in person, to the other party <br /> VIII. MODIFICATIONS <br /> Any material alteration, modifications or variations of any terms of the Contract shall be valid <br /> and enforceable only when they have been reduced to writing as an amendments and signed <br /> by the parties. <br /> IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> It is understood and agreed by the partied that the entire agreeement of the parties is <br /> contained herein and that the Contract superseded all oral agreements and negotiations <br /> between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof as well as any previous agreements <br /> presently in effect between Otter Lake and Municipality. The parties hereto revoke any prior <br /> oral or written agreements between themselves and agree that this Contract is the only and <br /> complete agreement regarding the subject hereof. <br />
