• <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> CITY OF HUGO <br /> WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement made and entered into this day of <br /> 2000, by and between the CITY OF CENTERVILLE (hereinafter referred to as "Centerville "), <br /> the CITY OF HUGO (hereinafter referred to as "Hugo "), and the CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> (hereinafter referred to as "Lino Lakes "). <br /> WITNESS: <br /> WHEREAS, all of the parties to this Agreement are Minnesota municipalities <br /> located in close proximity to one another; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Agreement is entered into for the purpose of allowing the <br /> employees of each City to come to the mutual aid and assistance of the employees of the other <br /> cities at those times when any member City's municipal water or sanitary sewer system needs <br /> emergency repair or maintenance work of any kind; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto enter into this Agreement to set up in advance a <br /> reasonable method of recompensating each other for the costs of any aid which is given and to <br /> address the issue of liability for work that may be done improperly. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual <br /> promises and conditions contained herein, it is agreed by the parties hereto as follows: <br /> 1. Mutual Aid. Each of the parties to this Agreement agrees to make <br /> available to the other parties members of their Public Works Departments to aid the other cities <br />
