NOT APh <br /> CENTERVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE <br /> REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> MARCH 21, 2000 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Centerville Economic Development Committee held <br /> a their regularly scheduled meeting scheduled meeting on March 21, 2000 at City Hall, 1880 <br /> Main Street. <br /> Present: EDC Chairperson Tim Rehbine <br /> Committee Member Mary Capra <br /> Committee Member Lori Dorn <br /> Committee Member Paul Montain <br /> Committee Member John Magill <br /> Committee Member Besty Scheller <br /> Committee Member Michelle Moser <br /> Council Member Liaison Dick Travis <br /> Staff: EDC /Staff Liaison Aimee Fairbrother <br /> Absent: None <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Tim Rehbine called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Mr. Montain, seconded by Ms. Dorn to approve the February 15, 2000, meeting <br /> minutes with noted correction. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Design Team - Workshop Review <br /> Mr. Rehbine shared the need for a "leader" to take on the roles of continuing with the Design <br /> Team vision. This person could be staff member or a volunteer. This person would keep the <br /> residents involved and knowledgeable about the changes. <br /> Mr. Montain will talk to the downtown business owners, one on one about future plans for <br /> buildings they own in the downtown area, and will share his results with EDC in April.
