MEMO <br /> Date: April 7, 2000 <br /> To: Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> From: Jill Lien <br /> Re: Motions from Park and Recreation to City Council <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee made the following motions at the meeting on <br /> April to be placed on the next City Council Agenda. <br /> Motion by Mr. Navin. seconded by Mr. LeBlanc to recommend to City <br /> Council to permit the YMCA's request to offer extended hours site and bus <br /> pick -up location at Laurie LaMotte Park. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mr. Navin, seconded by Mr. Porter to recommend to City Council <br /> to approve the YMCA's request to offer morning and afternoon summer <br /> sessions at Laurie LaMotte Park. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously <br /> Motion by Mr. Navin, seconded by Mr. Larson to recommend to City Council <br /> to accept the donation of the ball field lights/poles from Mr. Rich DeFoe, at <br /> relocation cost of approximately $3000 to be deducted from the Park and <br /> Recreation's General Fund, with a final installation date to be determined at a <br /> later date.
