Employment Proximity - Jobs and Housing Connections <br /> 10 possible points <br /> Area 1 (Minneapolis, St. Paul and first -ring suburbs and Area 2 (developing <br /> urban cities) <br /> 10 points More than 3,000 jobs within one mile of the proposed project <br /> 8 points 1,000 - 3,000 jobs within one mile of the proposed project <br /> 5 points 500 - 1,000 jobs within one mile of the proposed project <br /> 0 points Less than 500 jobs within one mile of the proposed project <br /> CATEGORY D: Cluster Housing in the Urban Reserve <br /> 15 points. Proposals that meet this criterion are eligible for <br /> funding consideration. <br /> 15 points Proposals to group housing on smaller lots as an alternative to <br /> densities of one unit per 40 acres. Housing types in these clusters <br /> can include single - family and accessory apartments.
