THRESHOLD CRITERIA FOR <br /> PROPOSALS IN CATEGORIES A, B C & D <br /> (THRESHOLD CRITERIA DO NOT APPLY TO CATEGORY E <br /> PROPOSALS) <br /> The applicant must show how the project relates to the threshold criteria to be scored on <br /> these criteria. <br /> Category A - Mixed -Use Transit - Oriented Development, <br /> Redevelopment or Inf iII <br /> 50 possible points - minimum of 20 points on criteria 1 through 4 <br /> is required for further fundinq consideration <br /> 1.
